Terms and Conditions Byron Homemade Pizza

Byron homemade pizza catering refers to Byron homemade group pty ltd trading as “Byron homemade pizza, ABN 31659569632.
‘The client’ refers to the customer booking any catering services with Byron homemade pizza.

1 Tentative Bookings:

Tentative or Provisional Bookings will be held for 2 weeks and will be released if the deposit is not paid within that period.

2 Booking and Confirmation:

To secure a booking with Byron Homemade Pizza, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total amount is required within 14 days of the tentative booking.
Once the fee is received, a receipt and confirmation of the event will be emailed.

3 Payment:

Full settlement of the total sum is required no later than 21 days before the event.
Cancellation of the event must be done at least 21 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
If the event is rescheduled at least 10 days before the original date, a new date can be requested within the following 6 months without losing the deposit. However, a penalty fee of 30% of the total payment will be added to the final invoice.
If the event is rescheduled within 10 days of the original date, it will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Additional services requested by the client will incur additional fees, and a 50% deposit for these services must be paid under the same terms as the initial booking.

4 Guests:

The client must provide the caterer with the total number of guests no later than 10 days before the event.
If the number of guests increases after this deadline, the caterer reserves the right to raise additional fees.

5 Cancellation Policy:

The client may cancel the agreement at any time, but cancellation will result in a penalty as outlined in sections 2 and 3.

6 Force Majeure:

Byron Homemade Pizza will not be liable to the client for any failure or delay in fulfilling the contract if it is caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lockout. The caterer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the client because of such circumstances.

7 Cancellation:

If you intend to cancel your catering request, please ensure this is done at least three business days before the event. Failure to do so will result in the full invoiced amount being charged.

8 Changes

If you wish to modify the selected menu items, kindly make these changes no later than two business days before the event. Please note that these adjustments are subject to item availability.
